Kyojo Academy works with your goals to connect small groups of likeminded individuals looking to enhance similar or complimentary skills to yours. Hosts receive guidelines and are matched with instructors to provide a platform tailored to the experience you’re looking for.

We work within the parameters of your area to find instructors, event spaces, and services to create casual hangouts and structured workshops, aiming to help contribute to the local economy and sense of community.
Peer Networking
Kyojo Academy provides a platform for users to connect with local peers, build relationships, and collaborate on projects or skills, long after your first few kyojo events. Shared goals, community and the growth mindset are 3 pillars of building quality relationships, both personal and professional.

We’re here to guide you along your path, closer to your end goals. We will find your network, your instructors, your people. However, what is just as important is how you approach Kyojo. We focus on two approaches:
Peer to Peer Accountability
- Collaborate with your Kyojo to discuss, create, strive and thrive. Keep one another engaged, make it fun.
- Continuously scheduled events: hosts can work with Kyojo Academy to regularly schedule events that bring more skill and opportunity to your group.
Individual Approach
Sometimes wanting change can be overwhelming and it’s hard to know where to start. This approach focuses on working directly with a goal coach to discuss what you’d like to achieve, personally or professionally.
